Our paper Quantifying cell-type interactions and their spatial patterns as prognostic biomarkers in follicular lymphoma has just been published to SPIE Medical Imaging 2018: Digital Pathology.

This work uses multiplex immunofluorescence imaging to identify immune cells in follicular lymphoma tumours. We use random forests to predict a per-patient risk score and show that this correlates with patient survival.
